Recent research suggests that people who are at risk for a heart attack may want to be extra cautious when the weather starts to cool off.

According to a report in the UK’s Daily Mail newspaper, a study of 84,000 heart attack patients between 2003 and 2006 found the risk increases by about 2 percent over the next 28 days with each drop in temperature of 1 degree Celsius.
