Make Your New Year’s Resolution to Stop Using Tobacco

While quitting smoking can be difficult, the American Lung Association provides resources and tips make this year’s New Year’s resolution a success.

In fact, the American Lung Association recently offered some encouragement to people who may be wavering on the resolutions to quit smoking that they may have made several months ago. A survey from the organization finds that 60 percent of smokers were not able to quit on their first try and instead required multiple attempts.
